Chaplain Bert McQueen, HB 1, CMC, MSW is a Certified Master Chaplain with the International Conference of Police Chaplains’. He is a recognized instructor with the ICISF for the “Small Group” CISM and “Individual/Peer Support/Crisis Intervention Strategies” and the National Guards “Trained Crisis Responder” and the “Pastoral Crisis Intervention” and the “Advance Group” CISM and “Suicide: Prevention, Intervention and Postvention” courses.

Chaplain McQueen is the founder of several programs in Alaska; The Alaska State Troopers Chaplaincy, Alaska Police and Fire Chaplains’ Ministries, that provides Chaplains’ services throughout Alaska, The Alaska Police and Fire Chaplains’ Association, that promotes standardization and professionalism in the law enforcement and fire chaplaincy, the Alaska CISM Teams Network, the Palmer/Wasilla CISM Team and the Anchorage CISM team that provide a complete program for stress management for the Alaska Law Enforcement and Rescue community and the communities they serve.

Chaplain McQueen has served as a Police and Fire Chaplain in Alaska for thirty years, and is considered one of the leaders in the field of Emergency Services Chaplaincy and Traumatology in Alaska and has received national recognition for his leadership in Law Enforcement Chaplaincy and from the ICISF organization. Chaplain McQueen is also the LTC Command Chaplain for the 49^th Readiness Brigade, DMVA, ASDF.

Chaplain Paul McGee HB 80; Chaplain McGee serves as the Deputy Director of APFCM and is assigned to Anchorage Police Department as the Lead Chaplain for APD. Chaplain McGee has 22yrs total Senior Pastor for two different Churches, 4 yrs Lead chaplain at Anchorage Police Department and three years as Deputy Director for APFCM. Some of Chaplain McGee’s training includes; Training in Crisis Intervention, Critical Incident Stress Management, Small Group, Individual Crisis Intervention; Suicide: Inter, Pre and Postvention and Advanced Group Crisis Intervention; Five Wishes end of life training, Death Notification. With six years of Police Chaplaincy and 22 additional ministry experience, Chaplain McGee is considered as a Senior Chaplain with APFCM.

Chaplain Keith Randall HB 42 / "Chaplain 1" Central Peninsula Emergency Services; APFCM Central Peninsula Area Director / Chaplain Randall is a dedicated Pastor of a local church and volunteers as the lead chaplain throughout the Peninsula. Because of his leadership and example he has enlisted the help of several other local Pastors and initiating the new 24/7 call out chaplains calendar for this area. Keith has been a dedicated chaplain and has added in many areas of the APFCM chaplaincy. He designed our logo, has written our chaplains certification guidelines, and brings administrative skills and a wealth of new ideas to our program. Keith has been recognized by his chaplain peers as one of APFCM chaplains of the year for Alaska. Keith is truly a friend of the Alaska Police and Fire Chaplains Ministries.

Chaplain Angela E. Jones; HB , Chief Master Sergeant Angela E. Jones is the Human Resources Advisor for the Alaska Air National Guard. She is stationed at Ft Richardson, Alaska. Chief Jones’ was an active duty Air Force enlisted member for over 9 years. She served as a Personnel Affairs Specialist at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. In 1988, Chief Jones separated from the active duty, and then in August 1988, she joined the Alaska Air National Guard at Eielson Air Force Base. In 1997 she was selected as the 168^th Air Refueling Wing Human Resource Advisor. In January 2000, Chief Jones was selected for the Alaska Air National Guard Human Resource Advisor.

Chaplain Angela Jones serves as the APFCM Alaska Interior Area Representitive. We are proud of her carreer and look forward to her impact on the APFCM program.

HB CHAPLAIN SAM DALIN: Chaplain Dalin service as a chaplain and is available to the local State Troopers, Fire and Police agencies in the Juneau area, He is the APFCM Southeast Regional Director and serves as Chaplain in the Alaska State Defense Force at the military rank of (Captain), ASDF/DMVA. Chaplain Dalin serves as part of the area CISM Team and has responded to many CISM responses. Chaplain Dalin has several levels of ICISF CISM Training. He has resently be selected as part of the International Conference of Plolice Chanplains' Disaster Response Team.

Chaplain Chuck Mays HB 44; Chaplain Mays first started with APFCM while in Kotzebue Alaska. After serving there with the local police and State Troopers and the community of Kotzebue, Chaplain Mays moved to Missiouri and quickly became involved in the Police Chaplaincy there. After several year there Chuck returned to Alaska and almost immediately joined the Anchorage Police Department Chaplaincy. Chaplain Mays is considered a Senior Chaplain with Alaska Police and Fire Chaplains Ministries. Chaplain Mays assists, along with Chaplain Schoenleben, Chaplain McGee in the management of the Anchorage Police Chaplaincy. Chaplain Mays also service as an advisor to the APFCM Board.

Chaplain Victor Marbury HB 12; Assigned to Anchorage Fire Department and Coordinates Regular Chapel services at Alaska Regional Hospital and is a Volunteer Visiting Chaplain at ARH. Chaplain Marbury has been a faithful partner in the our ministry for serveral years and is very community minded. Victor volunteers to help in many areas; e.g., every Sunday Victor and his family hold services for the staff and patients of Alaska Regional Hospital, a couple years ago, he passed out the DVD "Fire Safe" to all the Anchorage Fire Department stations. You will see chaplain Marbury show up in many community activities. He is an excellent friend of APFCM and those in need.

Chaplain Edward Ash HB 43; Chaplain Ash is assigned to the Anchorage Police department and is on APFCM staff serving as the Lead Chaplain at St Elias Specialty Hospital. Chaplain Ash retired from the military as a pilot. Chaplain Ash has completed training in CISM courses ( Group, Advance Group, Individual Crisis Intervention, Pastoral Crisis Intervention and the Suicide: Inter, Pre, Postvention ICISF courses) Ed is a dedicated volunteer, assigned to the Anchorage Police Department. He is always quick to volunteer is cover for other callout chaplains and any other activities needing chaplain support. When APFCM was asked to develop the St Elias Specialty Hospital chaplaincy, Chaplain Ash was offered and accepted the position as their primary chaplain. He is an excellent example of a servant, always willing to respond to the APFCM needs and the needs of others.

Chaplain Marlan Schoenleben HB 52; Chaplain Schoenleben is assigned to Airport Safety, Police and Fire and to the Anchorage Police Department. Chaplain Schoenleben has served as a Fire Chief in Southeast Alaska and when he moved to Anchorage he contacted APFCM and said that when he had his newly started church organized and stable he would like to volunteer as a chaplain. After a few years, faithful to his vision and word, he contacted APFCM and joined in the ranks of an APFCM chaplains. He assists Chaplain McGee is the management of the Anchorage Police Department and is the Primary Chaplain assigned to the Alaska International Airport; Airport Police and Fire Department. Chaplain Schoenleben brings a great amount of experience in ICS and the fields of Fire, Law Enforcement and Ministry.

Chaplain Mary Bolin HB 53holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Montana State University and is certified in the practice of kinlein from the Institute of Kinlein in Hyattsville, Maryland. She is a licensed minister of the Church of God, Anderson, Indiana. Mrs. Bolin has completed CISM training in the following: Individual Crisis Intervention; Peer Support; Group Crisis Intervention; Advanced Group Crisis Intervention; Crisis Intervention Team; Suicide Intervention; and Pastoral Crisis Intervention. She was an Associate Professor at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, School of Nursing, prior to going into private practice. Mrs. Bolin maintains an active practice as a kinlein practitioner assisting individuals, families and groups in regard to issues of life. She has taught classes by request on a variety of topics, including communication, marriage, business relationships and others. Mary and her husband Max have been involved in mission ministry since 1996. They have worked in Guatemala with the Mayan population in a variety of ways and have led short term mission teams into the country over the past 12 years. , MSN,CPK

Chaplain Mark Roberts HB 20; Chaplain Roberts has served with APFCM for approximately 15 years. He started with us and a Volunteer Chaplain at Alaska Regional Hospital and then became one of our callout chaplains for Anchorage Police Department. After serving with APD for a few years he added serving the Anchorage Chugiak Volunteer Fire and Rescue Co.. Later, Chaplain Roberts begain serving as the primary Eagle River Response Chaplains. He still covers for the other chaplains for Eagle River responses as time allows. Chaplain Roberts joined the Chugach Volunteer Fire Department and now is a Captain with their agency. In his real life, Chaplain Robert works for the State of Alaska in the States Disaster Operation Center and has work in IC on many local and national disasters. Mark has extensive training in ICS and CISM.

HB 36 Chaplain Al VanDellen; Chaplain VanDellen has serve with Anchorage PD, Airport Safety and the Alaska Regional Hospital for several years. He is our lead Chaplain at Alaska Regional Hospital and; because his residence location is just down the street our 24/7 callout chaplains have Chaplain VanDellen as a resource for quick responses to the Hospital. Chaplain VanDellen has also served as a Police Chaplain in Minnesota for several years prior to relocating to Alaska.

Chaplain Ruth Lewis HB 50;Chaplain Lewis is one of our APFCM chaplains and is assigned to the Anchorage Police Department. Chaplain has completed many of our ICISF CISM trainings and is and excellent response chaplain and has several levels of ICISF CISM training and assisted with our last ICISF Conference held in Anchorage. Chaplain Lewis also volunteers as a APFCM Chaplain at Alaska Regional Hospital. Ruth has also completed the Crisi Intervention Team (CIT) training that provides specific training to work with the mental ill contacts

HB 8 Chaplain Saolotoga S.Siania (Sal); Chaplain Siania serves as a chaplain for Anchorage Police Department for several years and also volunteers as a Alaska Regional Hospital chaplain. Chaplain Siania is a local pastor and is an asset to our program. Being retire from the military; he brings to our program stability and maturity

Chaplain Wally Corrigan, HB-64Chaplain Wally Corrigan has been the Chaplain for Seward Fire Department since August, 2005, and also a Firefighter/EMT. He is a Permanent Deacon ordained for the Archdiocese of Anchorage in October, 1999. Chaplain Corrigan is a retired US Naval Officer.

HB-33 Chaplain Diane Peterson; Chaplain Peterson's primary assignment is the Alaska State Medical Examiners' Office, and secondary assignment is the Anchorage Police Department. She has several leveals of CISM training and ICS training. Daine had started to jion APFCM several years ago, but felt it would be better to finish raising her children before making such an important, time consuming commitment. Along with the service, Chaplain Peterson services in the mission field around the world. She also serves the community as a coach for youth basketball teams.

HB-39: Norman Elliott: Chaplain Elliott will soon be serving at ARH and assisting in other chaplaincy support throughout the Anchorage and state as needed.DOB February 2, 1919 -Place of Birth: Plymouth, England: Came to U.S. in 1923 and grew up in Detroit, Michigan Widower: My wife died of cancer 1996. have 2 daughters and 1 son and 8 grandchildren; U.S. Army April 7,1941 - April 21, 1946 In E.T.O. with 89th Inf. Div. 341st F.A. Bn. B Btry; College: Detroit Institute of Technology B.A. degree 1948 Virginia Theological Seminary 1948-1951 M.Div degree Chaplaincy Training: New Hampshire Mental Hospital, Concord, NH 3 months 1949, Ordained Deacon in the Episcopal Church 1951 Ordained Priest in the Episcopal Church, Episcopal Missionary District of Alaska, February 17, 1952 in Anchorage, Alaska Obtained pilot's license in 1952. As District Missioner and Archdeacon of the Yukon served Native villages from Eagle to Tanana and Arctic Village. Have served in various ways churches on the Arctic Coast, Kodiak, Homer, Seward, etc. Taught school in Eagle Native village 1958 Have been Rector of churches in Fairbanks, Ketchikan and Anchorage. Retired from active ministry in 1990. Am presently Chaplain to the Port of Anchorage and Navy League and Civilian Chaplain for the Episcopal members of the Armed Forces in Alaska,

HB 49 Chaplain Teresa Koop: Chaplain Koop; I was born and raised in Seward and have recently returned home with my husband of 33 years to work in community development and serve as opportunities (which are tremendous here) present themselves. Training: Individual Crisis Intervention and Peer Support (13 hours); Group Crisis Intervention (14 hours); Advanced Group Crisis Intervention (14 hours); Suicide Prevention, Intervention and Post-vention (14 hours); Practical Chaplaincy (40 hrs) IFOC approved); Disaster Relief Course (CISM approved); Alaska Suicide Post-Vention Training and Healing Conference; Endorsed Int’l Church of the Foursquare Gospel : Chaplain w/current license; Endorsed Int’l Church of the Foursquare Gospel: Disaster Relief Chaplain; Completed the 40 hour Anchorage Police Department - "Crisis Intervention Team" CIT, Training September 26-30^th 2011.

HB55 Chaplain Ian Niecko: Chaplain Niecko received his B.S. in Education from Central Michigan University. Following graduation, he became a licensed minister in the Church of the Brethren (about 5 years). At this time, he worked as a campus intern pastor for a campus ministry at Central Michigan University. He graduated from Oral Roberts University with both a Master’s of Divinity and a Masters of Biblical Literature degree. Ian also completed a unit of clinical pastoral education at Bronson Methodist Hospital (Kalamazoo, M) as a chaplain intern. He has completed CISM training (group, advanced group, and individual) and looks forward to being of service in the YK Delta area. Presently, Ian is employed by Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation and works as a Behavioral Health Aide (BHA) in Aniak, AK. As a BHA, he teaches classes (anger management and substance abuse), organizes weekly children’s activities, and does monthly teachings in the school district. Chaplain Niecko is available to the local Troopers, VPSO and YK CISM team. Chaplain Nielko has completed several levels of the ICISF, CISM Training.

HB 58 Chaplain Robert Larson; Chaplain Larson is the assistant Director for the VPSO, located in Bethel. He also is an ordained minister. He has attended several CISM courses and will serve on the local CISM Team as available and appropiate. We will be working with Chaplain Larson to further his training. Chaplain Larson / VPSO assistant Director has taken the APCM Post Critical Incident Seminar along with 29 VPSO's. Courses covered in this seminar included : Death Notifications, Stress, Suicide and Line of Duty Deaths.

HB 56 Chaplain Greg Moses: Chaplain Moses is new to our program. He just started this summer (2011) He has taken the ICISF 3 Day Combined course, the Indivdiual Peer Support, and the Suicide:Inter, Pre, Postvention courses. In fact he attended twice. Greg is a delight and has a sweet spirit. I enjoy his involvement an the opportunity to mentor him in Chaplaincy. Chaplain Moses is available for the Bethel area Troopers and Local Police and rescuers. Chaplain Moses will be attending the VPSO Training / Support "Post Critical Incident Stress" Seminar (the FBI Model) that Chaplain McQueen will be providing in Mid October 2011.

HB 35 Chaplain Micky Boyer: Chaplain Boyer is the APFCM Lead Chaplain and Area Representative for the MatSu. Chaplain Boyer serve as chaplain for the Wasilla PD and responds to any Emergency Services Agency, e.g., Police, Fire, Troopers, ect., in the MatSu. Chaplain Boyer is also the Senior Pastor at his local Church in Palmer. He has several levels of CISM Training.

HB 10 Chaplain Brad Rogers: Chaplain Rogers is the Senior Pastor at his local church in Wasilla. He is in training and will be attending CISM courses as them become available. Chaplain Rogers has completed the CISM Suicide: pre, Inter and Postvention course. Also Chaplain McQueen and Chaplain Boyer will be mentoring him in Chaplaincy. Chaplain Rogers also will be joining the Alaska State Defense Force Chaplaincy. Chaplain Rogers is retired military.

HB-05 Chaplain Doug Briney: Chaplain Briney graduated fromPacific Coast Baptist Bible College in May of 1988, married Marybeth Briney that same year. Together they moved to Bath, Michigan where he served as Music/Youth Minister for the Bath Baptist Church. While serving there in Bath, Doug developed a love for law enforcement and quickly made friends with the local township police and did a number of ride-alongs with the Michigan StateTroopers. In 1992 Doug and his family moved to Anchorage, Alaska where hejoined with Chaplain Bert McQueen of APCM and served as a Junior Chaplain withthe Anchorage Police and Fire departments. Doug began working for Sunset HillsBaptist Church as Music/Youth Minister in 1993 and served there until 2004.During that time he moved from Junior Chaplain to Senior Chaplain and served the Anchorage Departments until moving to Talkeetna, Alaska in 2004. Doug Pastored the Montana Creek Baptist Church and quickly transitioned into serving as Chaplain for the State Troopers based out of Talkeetna. During that time heled several CISD Debriefings and community Disaster Relief efforts. One ofthose efforts was opening and running a Red Cross Shelter for several displaced families during the flooding in 2007. After setting up the shelter and staffingit, he then turned his attention to the rescuers, he set up a separate commandpost for them at the church and provided cots, food and coffee as well as a radio room for communications.
In 2008 Doug moved from Talkeetna back to Anchorageand in 2009 began The Cowboy Church of Anchorage. Today the church is growing and Doug continues to look for ways to minister to emergency responders as wellas the “Cowboy” community of Anchorage. Doug served on APCM’s board for a number of years before resigning due to time constraints. Doug worked with ACPCand the Anchorage officials as well as FEMA officials to help write the ACPC Chaplains procedure manual for a mass disaster in our state. Doug and Marybeth have beenmarried at this time for 23 years, they have 4 children, their oldest isserving in the Air Force and is currently stationed in Washington DC. Their daughter is now living in California pursuing a career in modeling and acting.The other two are twins and are now attending Middle School here in Anchorage. Doug also runs his own business here in Anchorage called The Cowboy CoffeeShack.
